About Our Meal Plans

Our meal plans give you all you need for success! There are 2 types, vegetarian and Traditional. Both of these are available in various sizes from 2-8 servings depending on how many people you need to cook for. 

Each of these meal plans contains: 

  1. Detailed instructions for how to use the meal plan
  2. A weekly shopping list and a “have on hand” list that ensures you have all the ingredients for each week without thought
  3. 7 hand picked recipes each week. This combination of recipes ensures you get delicious food each day while also averaging out to very affordable prices per serving.
